Ola Sobiecki

Ola is currently the Executive Creative Director at Hinge based in New York City.

Prior to this role, they were the Brand Experience Director within the Global Creative Studio at Nike World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon. They lead a team responsible for breaking new ground by driving storytelling to new levels. Through bleeding edge digital innovation their role as a brand exploration leader was to set out to create one-of-a-kind Experiences at Nike.

Ola first joined Nike as the Global Design Director of Editorial. They were part of an experimental team defining new forms of storytelling.

Before heading to Oregon, Ola joined Spotify in New York City to kick off its first internal Global Creative Marketing team. While at the company, they worked on the launch of Billie Eilish’s debut 5x Grammy winning album, brought in an in-house astrologer to create Cosmic Playlists and even offered President Barack Obama his first job post presidency.  Before their time at Spotify, they worked at BBH New York launching the Netflix #FU2016 campaign that claimed the coveted Titanium Grand Prix at Cannes amongst other recognitions. Their journey started over a decade ago as an Art Director at Crispin Porter and Bogusky in Miami.

Ola has been humbled to be recipient of Cannes Lions, D&AD, Clio, One Club, and Webby awards for thier work. They are a two-time Young Gun finalist, a 2018 Cannes SIBI Delegate and a 2017 One Show Next Creative Leader.
